At Voxilla we are experts at configuring the devices we sell. We guarantee that with the proper service and options protocols we get from you, At Your Service will correctly provision your customer's device before it heads out our door.

Once we have an order in-house and set up the customer and device records, we marry those two by assigning the device directly to that customer. We record the device's serial number and MAC address, and the system automatically creates a configuration profile.

After your customer receives the device, all he or she has to do is follow the easy steps outlined in the enclosed documentation to connect it. The device automatically pulls its configuration profile from our server and is flagged as active. Then your customer can start making calls.
